After reading Jordan Peterson, Nicolas Cole, Will Storr and so many other popular people's books on writing.

Do you want to write like a pro?

Do you want your writing to be clear, concise, and engaging?

If so, then you need to learn the five simple techniques below.

These techniques are used by the best writers in the world, and they can help you improve your writing skills no matter what your level of experience is.

Here are 5 techniques that I learned.

You can copy this technique.

Improve writing skill

Choose Your WORDS Carefully: Technique 1

Silence is better than unmeaning words — Pythagoras

Words are really important same sentence by using two different words you can change the meaning of the sentence.

If you speak and write consciously, and intentionally with an open mind then the way of choosing words will get better.

It is a slow process but you can influence more people by your words.

Wordcraft experiences and people only remembered experiences.

STRUCTURE is the Deciding Factor: Technique 2

Have you read these 2 books:

  1. The Almanack Of Naval Ravikant
  2. Show Your Work

These two books will be loved just because of their structure.

Strcutre important if you want the reader to read your entire stuff then it is compulsory to work on structure.

Because of a good structure:

  • Content looks light and visually appealing
  • Good structure encourages the reader to read because of its ease
  • People easily get what they want from that piece

If your readers are happy then you will going to get better fruits.

People first skim then scan then decide whether your stuff is worth their time to read or not.

In simple words, your structure makes your content simple, short, and easy to read.

So that they don’t get scared of your writing at the psychological level because of your structure your content needs to create a thought in the reader's mind that it is not time-consuming.

Use Your MORNING for Creation: Technique 3:

This thing just found out a week ago and this thing reduces my writing hours.

Now I use better sentences and words for my writing.

You just need to try in the morning after freshening up just sit for 2 -3 hours and write what you want OR CREATE STUFF.

I think because in the morning mind is free we work more consciously and as a result, we get better content through writing.

This thing looks like this:

Morning — for creation

After noon — for learning

Evening — Journaling, planning

Night — Low-effort work

Use the ABOVE technique you will thank me later.

Even I writing this post for you in the morning.

Don’t FEEL like Writing, Don’t Write: Technique 4

Yes I agree consistency is important to improve writing skills but with a distracted mind, you will end up nowhere

Don’t take a week gap that I am not going to write.

But it is okay that in one month 2 or 3 days will come when you do not feel like writing.

And what thing I do when I don’t feel like writing I analyze my past writing work and note down where I need to improve and from next writing I improve my writing and achieve better results.

Don’t waste the time but it is ok taking 2 steps back to prepare for a leap.

2 DRAFT Process: Technique 5

2 weeks ago I only just writing and posting.

But I got this thing in a course and now it really helps me.

This thing makes my writing/content more clear, concise, and valuable and people also enjoy it.

When you write the first time you only write and when you sit with your writing stuff for the second time you remove unwanted weed.

In the first draft just write everything that comes into your mind all the stuff

In the second edit remove everything that you think is not valuable or you repeating.

Take a minimum 1-hour gap between 2 drafts.

I usually take one day I like this.

This post you are reading is the result of 3 drafts because I don’t want to waste your time by watering weed.

Conclusion

We are born as a writer, every aspect of life we write from childhood to our last breadth writing is the only thing that always holds our hand.

Writing is an amazing skill I love to write for you.
