1. No One WON the Battle Without a Purpose
Setting goals and objectives is not only the first step in content creation but also politics, businesses also follow.
Not having goals and objectives is like driving a car in the forest from where you will never come out.
Sit with a pen and paper, answer these 10 questions, AND set your goals and objective:
- Why I am creating content?
- Is there any other opportunity for me instead?
- For whom am I creating content?
- Why did someone watch/read me?
- What is my strength and weakness?
- Is I doing it just for fashion or serious about it?
- Am I doing it because everyone else is doing it or because I feel like it?
- If I don’t earn a single dollar for the next 2 years then will I create content at that time also with today’s frequency?
- Why is this important to me?
- Frankly Answer what I want to in return from this social media game.
All these questions are very hard to answer.
Because it asks your heart so that you don’t waste your time and achieve your dream through content creation.
People with goals succeed because they know where they’re going.
Now you have a goal and objective of WHY you will going to create content.
When your why is clear then clarity comes with clarity speed comes and with speed, you achieve your goals faster in less time.
Note: If you don’t have goals or purpose then after a week or month You will automatically leave this game saying that it is not for everyone.
2. Choose Your TUNNEL
A tunnel is a platform where the audience comes hangout and these audiences come with an objective or goal after they achieve they exit from the platform.
Like YouTube — Mix audiences come
LinkedIn — Sales, marketing, and business people come
Twitter — Trending, news people come
Instagram — To hit dopamine people come, Youngster
So you need to clarify what type of audience you want to address.
Don’t choose a platform just for money or fame trust me.
If you have only 10,000 followers on Linkedin then you will easily be going to make $5,000–$10,000 so choose a tunnel that suits you.
After choosing a platform decide what format of content you will be going to create:
- Long-form videos
- Blogs or Articles
- Shorts or reels
- Carousel
- Newsletters
- Text post etc.
The best is always to choose more than one and less than 4 formats.
Note: Videos do very well so if you write and then convert that content into videos you will get more results with the same effort.
Now from step 3 you creating a foundation for your social media content calendar, so read carefully.
3. Know WHO You are Talking to
Just imagine for a second,
On the road, a beggar is begging and then he sees you and calls your name.
You go to him and now there is a very high chance that you will give him some money.
When you know who you are going to talk to, then your content gets more engagement, followers, and sharing because people can resonate with themselves and you sound like an expert.
Knowing Audience = Personalize Content.

4. Creating Content [CALENDAR]
Yes!
We going to create a content calendar for your social media accounts.
Now you know your goals, objectives, social media platform, and most important audience.
Now you will create content around them but with an intention.
Step 1: Year or Quarterly
Creating a Quarterly content calendar is best because in 3 months you get enough data and according to it you make changes in your content strategy.
But if you are a big company then you can think about yearly.
According to your goal, you can create but the below calendar will remain based on your calendar you only going to add or subtract pieces of content.
Below I have created a weekly content calendar according to your needs you can make adjustments like creating in one month 10 content to address beginners you create 15 pieces.
Step 2: Open your Excel sheet (you will get a template so don’t worry)
Step 3: On top write(image below)
- Date
- — On which date will this content be published
- Buyer stage
- — (in step 4we will discuss)
- Category
- — What category is the content you are going to create: motivation, finance, marketing, etc?
- Content Title
- — Topic/Headling of your content
- Buyer persona
- — in step 4 we will discuss
- Content Format
- — Video/Post/Carousel/Blog post in which you working
- Wants
- — What you want, the end goal behind creating that content
- You love
- — This I follow as a creator only creating what others want and hiding our feelings so there is no difference left between a creator and an employee life.
- So it is best to give 5%-10% to the content that I love to talk it is like, in 100 pieces of content 5 that I want to create, I like.
- Status
- — Is your content in the Idea stage, draft or publishing keeping records is important
- Occasion
- — Holidays/Festivals/Any big days like Yoga or Labor Day you need to mark so that you don’t miss this traffic.
Step 4: Create 90% of your content according to your customer persona.
Customer persona: This is the imaginary character that you create in your mind so that you can enter your audience's brain to see what they want.
I gave the above 11 questions to find your target audience when you answer each you will get your customer persona.
e.g. John is 20 years old but is unemployed he wants to earn money but he doesn’t have to invest, he is an undergraduate but has never done a job in life.
This is a customer persona where you write a brief description of your customer from start to end.
A person has 3 stages:
— Awareness stage(learning stage, a lot of problems facing)
— Consideration stage(he is facing problem but not beginner thing)
— Decision Stage(In content creation you actually make here money)
As a business or creator before start making content never miss to do research to get more insight about the customer, this gives you an extra edge over your competitor and your audience can resonate with your content very well.
To know customer problems = do research using answer the public or Quora.
Step 5: Your Template 1 week/month+quaterly
Your Love and Ocassion section is in your hands, so do what you want.
BONUS: Create content 60% around problems plus 40% solutions, People like it if someone just talks about their problems, so what can we do as content creators?
Congratulations you creating your first content calendar now you have a direction where you will get more results.
Note: Whenever you see anything trending at the national or international level then Keep your content calendar aside and create content on it because these days are very useful. Missing it means missing a big audience which you could have got for free with less effort.
If your content is strong then these trends can make you a big creator overnight and forever.
5. Content IDEAS
After knowing your audience:
- Who are you creating content for?
- What are their interests?
- What are their pain points?
Once you understand your target audience, you just address each stage that I share above.
When you know your audience then it is easy to get content ideas plus always in your mobile Note app or anywhere keep an idea file where you can put all the random ideas that come to your mind.
It is like you storing all content ideas in one place.
If you notice this thing sometimes when you sit for a content topic your mind jams you do not get any ideas but someday ideas come in a flow.
If you don’t store it then you wasting your ideas,
every idea keep potential to bring millions of views.
So store and end of month analyze which idea you like plus also help the audience and create content on it.
Note: Best ideas come when you walk, eat, and bathe so ready to store.
6. Scheduling Content
Social media platforms already know consistency is the only factor by which a content creator going to beat the algorithm.
The scheduling option is the best feature for every creator and you need to use it.
If you going on vacation then don’t close your shop instead create some content in advance and schedule it for that day.
Also as a business, you can schedule your one-week content in advance to maintain consistency and the same time of your content.
Note: We all give 4, 5 even 10 years for higher studies but are not ready to give 1–2 years from Where you can get the highest returns.
7. Plan for Evergreen Content:
If you are in the education field then you need to consider this point.
Evergreen content is like a tree after planting enjoy the fruits without any effort especially if you're creating content from where you get a monthly earning.
There are 3 types of content:
- Generic
- — From here you get the most followers and fame
- Specific
- — From here you create your identity/ expertise
- Totally niche
- — this target means a very small group but in the future, if you going to sell courses or info products these are the ones who going to buy first.
You can try this percentage to production:
60%— Generic
To get more eyeballs and fame, and from here some audience going to watch your specific content.
25% — Specific
From here you get
This works like a funnel broad to niche down but it is important To future-proof content creation.
Because the government is not giving pensions to you and if I or you on the road start begging then this audience starts ignoring not going to give a single penny.
So it is important in content creation we get fame but always print a lot of money.
Conclusion:
